Hi everyone and a big thanks to you all for your thoughtful wishes. I'm home now pending an operation to remove my Gall Bladder and two gall stones in 4-6 weeks time. The infection has left the Gall bladder to far gone to repair so it's out with it. I am off work for two weeks now and will hopefully be able to return until the date of the op.
Although I still feel pretty s**** I am 100% better than when I was carted in on Thursday morning. (Quite honestly I thought my number was up).
Be a steady few weeks but things are on the up.
Thanks again everyone, see you soon!

Very happy to hear you are home Dave. I know 2 other people who suffered the same as you and they both felt the same way as you. Take it easy and no polishing Reggie !!;)

Great news Dave, pleased to hear you're out of hospital and back on the forum. Sounds like there is a plan in place, hope it all goes to that plan.

How painfull was it ?on a scale of 1 being a headache. 2 having a baby. 3 man flu 4 chopping your own arm off with a blunt shears then beating yourself with the spiky side of a wire brush.5 listening to someone scrape their nails across blackboard while forcing you to watch daytime TV
