Will you get more BHP with a straight pipe?

If I put a potato in said pipe will it make even more BHP?

Seen enough, I now have a very expensive Supersprint 2.8 single vanos back box for sale.
I'll be able fund many potatoes off that.

Now the big question- will a sweet potato sound 'sweeter'??

If I used it on my van, the potato would be fried in oil (veggie oil, not the black stuff ), so I would just need to buy a fish at George's on a Friday night .

I went by the BMW Dealer to ask if they could sell me an OEM potato for my muffler and it was 50 Euros + VAT...
