Recently purchased a Z3 2.0 litre 1999

I have changed both Cam Sensors.

I note that when the car gets hot, the acceleration degrades and there is a spluttering about 1700 rpm.

Once past this it appears ok.

I also noticed that when the car is up to temperature, it takes a bit longer to start than when cold?

Would appreciate any ideas for a solution?

That's the issues I had when my inlet cam position sensor failed on my 2000 2.0 Z3 Gary. Did you fit aftermarket sensor or OEM Quality or even genuine BMW ones?
