Garage recommendations in Hertfordshire

Hi all.
My car is due just an oil change in the next month or two anyone know a decent garage and price wise in the Hertfordshire area.
Everything thing else was done on the last service, so only an oil and filter service needed even though it has 4 green lights still showing It's only done about 4 k since the last service .

Guess I will just drop it in to a local garage with a good price when needed. Only an oil & filter change after all. Only really want to keep the service book stamped up as its been done all its life.

When I needed an oil change on my car I used National Tyres , printed a money off voucher from their web site for a oil change , cost me thirty five pounds with voucher and stamped service book
Worth a look if they are near you

I've just bought an oil service kit for mine. £48 so I suspect a garage will charge maybe £20 on top for Labour.

What grade of oil would people recommend for a 1997 1.9 ? 5/30 or 5.40 or 0/40 ?
Every time I look on different sites these grades come up but confusing.
Or will any of the above do.
