So I decided the e89 was due some wheel bearing all round, easy enough I thought, so parts purchased and fronts fitted a few month ago, easy enough just unbolt and bolt on the new ones.
Then the rears 🤔 well that looked a PITA and I didn't have the kit, so a date arranged for a trip to ZSHQ, thank god I did. What a bloody job! It was made much easier with the 4 post ramps, all the gear, a fit and healthy son (my back was b*******) and Lee there to take the pi55 ( I mean offer advice and show us the bits that are not obvious).

The job took us most of the day as you have practically dismantle the rear end (slight exaggeration) but all was put back with minimal nuts and bolts left over.

Huge thanks to Lee for all his help and guidance.

Only 72k Tony but I was convinced I could hear the right rear starting to make a noise, so as we are off on a very long euro in June I wanted to sort it so decided to do all 4.

Something I was wondering about on my E85, wheel bearings, rear shocks , bushes etc. The springs look ok, but it's now at 116k. As far as I know the rear is all original so how long does it last ?
