i have a 1999 1.9 Z3 , i believe these will fit but can you confirm what model the headlights came from/if they will fit?

Many thanks

Hi Rob

Mine is a 1999 facelift but unusually with the yellow side indicators, so happy to go ahead. First time buyer on the forum so please let me know how to make contact to arrange payment/give you my address.

Are they relatively easy to change over?

best

Guys please beware - facelift models came with the sidelights on the corners of the bumper while the pre facelift came with the sidelight integrated in the projector - so the sidelights for facelift can be adapted for pre facelift but you need to remove a cover and transplant the bulb holder - I didn't realise after I swapped the headlights and I went to the MOT and to a FAIL because I didn't have sidelights operational.

Not sure that's correct @Mario I thought only very early or all 1.9s did not have the bumper side lights? I've had 2 pre-facelift 2.8s and both had the bumper side lights.

That's right some do some don't - all I am saying is check that you got sidelights on the bumper before fitting them but irrespective as long as you do the blank removal mod you can fit any year headlight to any year Z3
