If you're headed far enough south east to Burchesgarten and have never been to the top of Zugsptiz mountain you've got to try it out. Takes the best part of a day but well worth it for the trip up and the unreal views of both the German and Austrian mountains. You first take a reg train to a cog train which runs inside the mountain, then an elevator up to the gondola ride to the top. There's actually a border checkpoint up there so take your passports. I still get chills thinking about the unbelievable beauty. JIM

Well that's given me the required taste! France this year. Germany Austria next I reckon. We're really keen to travel around Europe in Reggie. So much to see and a much prefered holiday by Jue and me than the cattle grid package nightmare!
It's great Dave. We did Andorra last year (pics here - https://zroadster.org/media/albums/mint-in-andorra.28/) perhaps we can all get together next year for a trip, or a least a day or two together. Let's see.;)

All dayes and areas will be put up for folk to put there input in. I will stress this will not be my cruise but a zroadster one So it is upto folk to give recommendations of dates and where they would like to go and i will then try to accomodate as much as possible

Stelvio Boring! Alps Boring! Lake Garda Boring Dont get me wrong enjoyed the trip but wouldnt go back, I have this view nearly every weekend. The scenery does'nt register anymore. Pyrenees is the place for me (Only an hour and a half to the Spanish costa's)
