Just seen this item on BBC Looknorth all about fly tipping. Some people will dump anything. I was gobsmacked.

Probably had RMS (or is it IMS?) failure and deemed out of warranty by Porsche because he didn’t use Porsche approved air in the tyres so he just binned it...

There will be something in there that identifies where it came from. Probably dumped by someone wh had been paid to remove it. They will likely get caught and then a light slap on the wrist
