Amazing how many illiterate t**ts there are out there quite happy to complain about those damned foreigners. Plenty of cr4p British drivers around, see them every day.

Interesting manoeuvring skills, or lack of. Hopefully for the driver that was hit they either had a Dashcam or the person filming this provided them with the footage.

the driver needs banning completely, until a new driving test is retaken.
How on earth did they get through the first one? or has another person taken the test claiming to be them?
This is not just bad perception, it is a total lack of being able to control a vehicle and it could have resulted in a fatality if someone had been walking where that car was parked

I doubt they took the test in the first place. It's an absolute farce no wonder insurance premiums keep going up.
