I have washed and blasted my timing casings but I'd like to get them looking mint. I've used an engine enamel spray in the past which looks great at first but doesn't last. Any tips on what to use to coat these? I dont think powdercoat would be right here.

Thanks RB

They have been sandblasted? That leaves a very rough finish. If you want them to look mint you should get them vapor blasted, they will look like new afterwards.
I’ve found this out in the last few days. Sandblasting of the wheels and then painting immediately after without any fine sandpapering is a recipe for a rough and ready finish. Yes, the wheels need doing again.
