In July this year, a mate of mine reached the milestone of 50 years old and in October I’ll be 60. To mark these significant events, we recently treated ourselves to a special birthday present – a day enjoying the ‘Ultimate Supercar Driving Experience’ at the Croft Racing Circuit. Drove several laps of the circuit in each of the following: Porsche Cayman, Audi R8, Lamborghini Aventador and Ferrari F430. My favourite on the day was (of course) the Ferrari, which is simply superb to drive and a great thrill. A few photos of me trying to keep the cars on the track:
