Limborit IX - 11 Juni 2017 "The battle of the Bulge"

diner1.jpg

Here we go again, the topic for the Dutch Limborit. Just placed it also on the Dutch forum.
Start in the dutch village Slenaken, in the very south of the Netherlands. Lunch in Losheim, on the border Belgium / Germany.
Dinnerlocation near Vaals, were Holland meets Belgium and Germany. Not to far from Slenaken.

The idea is to have about 50 dutch and 15/ 20 british cars.
We always drive the Limborit in groups of about 7 to 9 cars.
I need volunteers (with navi) to lead a group. So for you guys about 2 or 3 groupsleaders.
I will provide (later) garmin and tomtom files and as a backup a roadbook on paper.

Programm:
Startlocation: 't Brugske Dorpstraat 2 Slenaken (big parking next to it)
Meet between 09:00 en 09:40. At the startingpoint you can have coffee,
tea or orange-juice with some typical regional tard/pastry and a souvenir ;)
At 10:00 sharp the first group leaves, followed within minutes by the next group.
The individual group can stop on the route whenever they feel to it. There is enough time in the programm for stops.
The lunch and dinner times are fixed.

Lunchlocation: Balter´s Landgasthof, Prümer Straße 55 D-53940 Losheim/Eifel

Dinnerlocation: Castle Vaalsbroek, Vaalsbroek 1, 6291 NH Vaals ( Arrival - 17:30 )
Start dinner around 18:00.

Payments:
30 Euro for tour with start and lunch pp.
60 Euro for tour with start, lunch and dinner pp.
End of registration and payment is 21 Mai 2017

Well that counts me out then :(
Last year there was confusion on a couple of threads between the Dutch side of the meet and the drive over from GB meetup.
If you want to come over under your own steam, just sign up on this thread with Roger.

Note !!!!!!
You can only join the Limborit if you join the 2017 Eurotour
Edit: I thought it best to edit this post before confusion reigns as it got lost in translation.

Roger means he has nothing to do with @pgunter's UK side of the trip.
If you want to sign up directly with Roger and make your own way over, that is fine.
