If you have a later car you could just put led strips in the side lights on the bumper

I was thinking of these as i do not gave fog lights but i will need to get a new fog light switch as the one in the car only has one button
and they never seem to come up on ebay

Yes that might be an idea for my S10 here with the fogs to make it look a bit different to the regular ones on the road here.
On the zeds though, the Ms don't have fogs as the location is used to feed air to the brakes etc. so was thinking of something discrete to go in there as that's the only spot I can think of putting them, if at all, needs to look oem if I do it
