Hi Everyone, is there an easy way to adjust the height/angle of the side windows? Roof isn't quite sitting as snugly as it could and I've buffed up the rubber seals to no avail?! Any tips or advice please, many thanks

Hi, you can alter the incline (towards the roof seal) angle by loosening the window guide locating screw on the underside of the door, then move it outwards to outside of the door which tips the top inwards and retighten the screw. Hope that makes sense.

I need to tip mine back. I'll try once the rain stops, if ever.
Hard to tell from down here, but the hard-top doesn't seem to be fitting quite right, big gap between the front of it and the screen surround. There's some adjustment on the clips, may help a bit. Or I could be entirely wrong, in which case I'll get my coat and sneak out gracelessly.

Sorry I should have said the hardtop was released so I could get a better look at the screen / door alignment. It's a lot closer from door to screen surround on this side than the driver's side and when the hardtop is bolted down the window is outside the seal instead of snug on the driver side. Thanks for the help so far though.

The hard top doesn't need to be very much out of alignment to make a big difference in sealing. It's easy enough to do, just release the rear clamps and the 6 little screws in the windscreen clamps. Manually set the hard top in position then tighten the front end first. If you need to adjust the rear clamps just loosen the locking nuts and it will more or less align itself, then secure the rear ones.
Main thing to remember is to always secure the front end first before you tighten the rear clamps.

Despite being a cold day, at least it's dry, I decided to tackle the leak at the passenger side. After the door trim was removed I slackened the four M10 bolts securing the quarter light and window runners. The window assembly then moved to a better alignment and the window aligns evenly up the screen and looks more like the non-leaking drivers side. The white mark on the seal shows where the window was originally. Gummi Pflege might help soften the rubber so I can coax it back to the correct shape and finally adjust the hardtop following the very helpful advice from the forum. The photos show the driver and passengers sides

Where is the soft top housed when the hard top is fitted? Is it resting in the parcel shelf or in-situ, under the hard top?
