Zed (s) aside, what's in your dream garage?

Mine:

1. Aston Martin DB9
2. Range Rover Overfinch
3. Ford Sierra RS Cosworth 500
4. Ford RS200

One for every occasion though just the £400k short at the mo:(

No Zeds? Oooh, that's not fair...
  • Range Rover SVR (or Overfinch) for a daily driver. I followed an SVR a couple of weeks ago, and it sounded epic.
  • Series I Land Rover - always wanted one, my dad had one many years ago and it was the first vehicle I'd ever been in (literally from the being born at the hospital to the back of the Landy for a holiday in Scotland).
  • 1960's era Ford F150 pick up. Always fancied one of these since watching Gas Monkey Garage. Obviously want one that's been Gas Monkey'd though.

Nice choices Gaz, loving the Series 1 Landy. Zeds are already in the garage parked next to these bad boys.

2: Lamborghini Aventador

3: Aston Martin DBS

4: Rover 75 V8

5: BMW Z3M Roadster

So I have 1 so far
Rover 75 V8, interesting choice. Highly regarded on Top Gear.

I actually have this photo of the Series 1 we wen't to Scotland in. That's my elder brother, as I was still in the carry cot at the time. That was from Berkshire to Scotland in 1972, without any major motorways between. Glad I was asleep in my cot there and back!

I literally have no idea, but probably a couple of days each way I'd say. Would have been harrowing with 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby in the back I should have imagined. It's a long enough journey in a modern car...

Come to Canada, you have no idea what long journeys are. I need to drive straight through for 16 hrs just to visit my Mom and Sister. JIM

I think it was the James Bond car that caught my eye, liked 'em since! As for the mini, like so many people it was my first car (1000cc). My mechanic has a Cooper S stored in the loft of his garage, it has been off the road for 25 years. Keep trying to buy it off him, but he won't part with it. Must be worth £10g now!

A car in your mechanics garage loft, there's something you don't hear every day. Defo worth a lot of £'s.
