Wanted Door card retainer slip housing

Does anyone have any of the black, glue on, door card retainer clip housings? I can't find them anywhere online. I need 7!

Any help greatly appreciated. I can't find a part number anywhere to buy some new

Unfortunately not, ive found every part on the door except the black retainer thats glued to the door card to hold in the card clips

I'm guessing that they will be classed as part of the door card so no separate part number for them.
@spurs fan in a coupe may have an old door card he can pull some from, failing that 3D printing may be an option.
