Wanted Door Card Mounting Clip Base

Hi All,

I've recently removed my cards and have found they have been previously removed and a very amateur attempt made at mounting the black bases for the mounting clips - also some missing. I have bought some new mounting clips as i read the originals become brittle over time, but i have not been able to locate the black bases that are glued/resined to the surface of the door card.

I would appreciate any leads as to where i might be able to fid these black plastic bases.
