Hello, I am having a problem finding right hose for my z3. I am currently replacing intake manifold gaskets and have noticed the hose is cracked where it meet with the air intake pipe. I have wrapped hose with tape but did not help at all. Also obd shows multiple cylinders misfire I assume that might be the reason. My car Z3, 1.9, 140HP, 1999. Any help much appreciated. Please see attached pictures.
Kamil.

Perhaps you can shorten it or just replace it. If it carries manifol pressure it will cause a misfire.

Looks like you have a M43 engine version Real oem parts site shows this hose

Replacement from Bmw here, very expensive on ebay so go to BMW

It's an M44.

For cars without ASC - part number 13411247782

With ASC, 13411433923

To be honest, you can just wrap it with black insulating tape for now to fix the air leak.

I bought some pipe and made my own works well and paid about £10 for the pipe

Hi mate, i have the same problem luckily enough i could read the part number on my pipe. it’s 13411247910.

Just wondering what do i need to remove in order to access the side of the hose which hasn’t split. is it fairly easy to do?
