Pick wisely and there is no issue
I don't touch the stuff. I can't eat or drink anything coffee flavoured, if I do I get a pounding headache, even a coffee flavoured sweet will do it.

I enjoy an occasional black, latte or cappuccino without sugar otherwise its tea with 1/4 spoon of sugar. Never been able to totally kick the white death.
Costa's and Starbucks et al are simply pandering to the sweet-tooth of the masses who never query where the sweetness comes from. Yet they watch as the Barista's tip sticky goo into their drinks.
Its the same with alcoholic drinks - Pint of best any day!

Had a coffee at Starbucks at Orlando International Airport last September and will probably have another in May when we see Abz, Andy and the boys off home. Is that too many ?
