As a lot of you are aware I retired from work recently, consequently I have brought home from work my life long collection of the tools of my trade. For the last 16 years I have built a comprehensive set of tools which I've had at home, now no longer being required I'm offering these for sale.

The "roll cab" has drop down doors on both sides and 5 drawers which can slide out either way giving good access to them, also lockable (no padlock) ex forces gear from a mate.
A couple of Snap-On screwdrivers, a full set of Facom ones. The Pliers set was bought from Mac Tools as was the 1/4" drive deep socket set. The 1/2" drives Torx and Allen sockets are Teng Tools (Tanvic Spares used to be a dealer for them).
The red box is a Sykes-Pickavant (model no. on end) in good nick no dents etc.

I would like to get £350 for all of it. If no interest I will post it on eBay. (please PM me for info)

As I said a very comprehensive kit for a home D.I.Yer none of which has been abused.

I have removed the 2 1/2" to 3/4" socket adaptors as I want to keep them. (pic.11)

I've spent many times that building up my own tool collection. For anyone who needs to start from scratch £350 looks a bargain. And you have the satisfaction of knowing this is a comprehensive toolkit, good quality and well looked after.

bet you have some modern spanners in there as well as the18/63rds and 17/59ths AF... :poke:
9/11 Whitworth ring spanners, as well I bet..... But you needed them for Stephenson's Rocket....
Have you left a starting handle in there? =))

Actually, that looks like a set that will do almost everything you could throw at it, and quality stuff that wont round off bolts and nuts.

I had exactly the same Gedore tool trolley at a previous work place, except it was blue, and they are quality german trolleys.

That is a set that will last another owner years and years, and a great price for quality used, rather than some of that cheap and nasty new stuff that's out there.
Bargain price for years of use to come. Tool boxes alone are worth that.

Thanks Pete, I didn't realise that Gedore was a German brand, but I should've guessed as the Squaddie who sold me it was based in Germany before he landed in Torksey. This was blue but Baz gave it a coat of black. Much appreciated comment mate.

I bought Jill a new Henry a couple of years ago and our old one has moved into my garage. It's over 20yrs old and will still rip the nails out of the floor boards. Best vacuum cleaner ever made bar none

Always rated Henrys Garry. Never owned one but my mate cleaned up with one throughout his house renovation. It was used and abused and is still going strong after all these years.

Ad a carpet cleaner it's ok, plenty of suction but to use the accessories and the flex pipe it's horrible. The hose convolutions kept pulling the hair from my forearm as it rubber over my arm as they closed up. Horrible thing.
