Centre console re spray

Hi all. I want to remove the console with the gear shifter and spray it as it is tatty. I removed two screws shown in picture two. Looking at realoem schematic and looks like I should be able to take apart. Any ideas how to do this as I don’t want to spray it in situ.

You need to take out the entire centre console so screws at front both sides radio out screws there heater control disconnected all front switches disconnected electric windows hazard switches disconnected ashtray out screws under there and screws either side at rear that's the stuff I remember cant remember about the auto selector area have had one out an auto zed but was ages ago.

I have this bit off at home just cant remember how it attaches to console home in a couple of hours will have a look at it.

Cant remember if screwed to console or snaps into place if screwed you will definitely need to remove the console
Will look at it when home and let you know post appropriate pictures.

Looks like it clips in at the bottom. My problem being not knowing where the fixings are cv so I don’t break them. Can’t get the get knob off anyway. Not sure if it’s aftermarket or not

The the knob is removed by putting selector in neutral hold button in pull vertical ( looks stock)

Definitely console removed
4 screw points 2 at electric windows switch holes and 2 at top.
