Any advice on which is the preferred model of C-TEK battery conditioner to buy please?
An informant tells me my Z4 battery is flat after 3 weeks again like last time.

Thank you,

Tony.

Cheers for that Pete, I am wondering about maybe trying a cheaper option simply because I will only use for 3 weeks twice each year. The rest of the time my car is in daily use. Could you let me have the brand name please mate?

C-tec MX5 - Got one too. Very effective device.
My car started first time after three weeks out in the recent cold Tony. New battery earlier in the year though.

I bought one from the UK last year through @lowrider. Oldtimer moment I later realized that there was the A/c-D/C problem with different plug ends also. Solved by a Chinese adapter. Charger worked way better than expected and will bring a totally dead battery that's been sitting around for some time that way back to life!! Thanks again Steve for picking it up and shipping it. I use it all the time on different batteries! JIM

It's over in my shop Tony, can't recall the name, maybe @Lowrider can recall?? Has three level settings for charging and shuts itself down automatically when the battery is fully charged. Only need 0.5v of power in battery to charge from flat. If we don't hear from Steve shortly I'll go to the shop and.check it out for you. JIM

Four months of the winter , wrapped up and plugged in with the C - TEK for the last five years. It's reliable , waterproof if needed and safe. Just my experience.

Well, I got home today and going into the garage I found the battery wasn't dead like last time but had enough to unlock the doors, boot etc. but not quite enough to flip it over. I will need something before May next year. Might have a nose in the local Aldi's this week.
