Hi all, new here. I tried the search function so if there is already a tire thread let me know.
I am buying new tires for my 01 M Roadster. I only drive the car about 1-2k miles a year as I have a few vehicles. I had Michelin Pilot Super Sports before hand but did not put enough mileage on them to wear them out.
1. I live in San Diego, CA and in 10 years the car has never seen a wet road and will never be in the rain.
2. Car has the stock 17'' wheels with 225s front and 245s in the rear.
3. Car is driven at Autocross 2 - 3x per year, backroads, and dates, and every now and then as a backup vehicle.
4. Not concerned about the price or treadwear rating.
I am looking to get a set of Max Performance tires and have narrowed it down to the following 3:
1. Continental Extreme Contact Force
2. BF Goodrich G-Force Rival S1.5
3. Bridgestone Potenza RE-71Rs
Does anyone have any experience with these tires?
