Many of us will know the trick for looking up registrations on the BMW extended warranty web site to get the chassis number and then using the last 7 digits on BMWVIN.
However this does not work for newer cars < 3 years old as they have a manufacturer's warranty still and a message comes up to that effect with no chassis number details.
Does anyone know how to get the chassis number for cars < 3 years old from the registration?
