I went the easy route and got a kit.

I plan on doing some shape changes to mine especially around the front grills. What material are you shaping? Is that expanding insulation foam?

Great thread, keep it coming. It is especially nice to know that you have finished the car, nothing worse than following a great build thread and for it to stop halfway as the builder has given up. Interior looks great.

exactly. Insulating foam. Putty after GRP for mold. (less shrinkage and expansion of mold resin)
