Hi there
Some users mentioned your name on my previous thread, I am about to buy an OEM hardtop and it would't fit my fitting kit at all. There's a massive difference on the pins and holes hence me trying to sell my kit and get an OEM one later. Pm me if you prefer as this will be a selling thread.
Thanks

@BMBabe has a Wiesmann hardtop that will fit your fitting kit.

She also has a Wiesmann fitting kit, but it was designed for a '96 Z3, which does not afford space for the roof gas/hydraulic strut.

I recommend @BMBabe buys your kit meaning she can reconnect her roof strut, or you buy her hardtop ...if she is looking to sell!

They are much better looking than the BMW ones and have a larger rear window.....;)
Are they really? Can you get me a picture then? Do they fit properly ? About that bigger window ehhh not too sure on it but show me some comparison !

Just got back from the seller and well happy with the hardtop. I pretty sure I don't like to see standard z3 with hardtops no matter the brand bmw or weismann lol but I just love the way this top "fits" my car! (Yeah I will keep it dry until I sell my fitting kit and buy and OEM one)

Thanks everybody

You got another fitting kit?
No mate that's why we should never assume anything!
I bought this OEM hardtop and just fitted the front screws and carefully drove it home. The HT isn't fitted on the car anymore as I don't have an OEM fitting kit. So regarding to my previous posts everything is still the same...I need to sell my Weismann fitting kit and get an OEM one.

I'd advise anyone on here that's looking for a z3 hardtop to snap up this Wiesmann kit, have a look on the German eBay classifieds and take a nice drive over to the continent, to collect their new Wiesmann hardtop. Some for sale for 600€...
