Reluctant sale of my 2.8 wide body 64000 miles with 11 BMW service stamps up to 46000 showing circa 3000 per year. I have owned for two years when the car has not seen rain. I covered 350 miles in the 1st year but have just returned from a 2000 mile trip through Spain, she never missed a beat and returned 28/30 mpg at a constant 80/90 mph. I had a new water pump, pulley, aux belt, fuel filter, oil and filter, Castrol Edge,seat bushes plus other bits done for the trip. I would describe as very good condition but she is 20 years old. I am only selling as there are 3 of us in the family so going out whilst in Spain is rather tricky! My daughter flew out to stay with us. The hood is tatty so I plan to replace with a green one to match but ran out of time I will negotiate re cost for that. Oh and new front tyres to match the rear as they were different makes when I got her so all very good. Spec Boston Green black leather,auto,larger rear alloys 299, wood trim, electric hood. I think with the hood done £4500 to £5000 is a fair price so circa £4000 without. As I said I am not overly keen to sell, whilst in Spain I only saw 4 or 5 others non of which were the wide body 2.8.
