The tickets and display passes have arrived. I'm a bit concerned as to whether they will arrive in time if posted out tomorrow.

I'm thinking it may be sensible to meetup somewhere outside Gaydon and then head in together. I can then hand out the tickets and passes.

Any suggestions on best location to meet up? Don't know the area...

We have 10/11 cars booked in - see show layout below to see where we are parked.

Show entry for display cars is between 08:00 & 10:00, so how about we meet at 08:30 in BP Services Warwick Northbound. If we aim to leave at around 09:15(ish) that leaves plenty of time to get in.

We will be coming from Stratford (staying overnight and doin' Shakespeare innit) so we will meet you on route or at HMC itself...perhaps I could PM you with my mobile...cheers ace :)

Ideally you need to meet up with us as I will have your tickets to get in ;)

Gaz , I am assuming you have the tickets following my admin error. I see on "the other Z forum" there is a guy with a Zed looking for a pass for Gaydon. So , if you have ours, I will contact him and offer him my spare tickets . O K ? to go ahead and do this .....

Yes that's fine, and solves a problem with your spare tickets ;). Will need to meet up with us at Warwick services to collect the tickets and display pass.

Will need him to contact me to arrange payment for them.

Gaz, I have made contact with the guy , he is going to meet us @ Warwick Services - we can sort the payment out then if that s O K
