Hope you are all enjoying the good weather for your topless motoring, missing having no roof here :( first summer since 1999 :(

Thought I would post the graphic I have added to the new track day toy.

That's pretty funky Mark, if a little pink!

How goes your MINI Adventure?
Its purple not pink lol, always try to be different here.

The adventure is going well, have carried out a few more mods, such as motorsport manifold, motorsport cat and larger intercooler. Power is now well on its way to the mid 200's according to rolling road.

This Friday coming sees its first track day (so everything crossed)

Can I ask what are the minis like to drive? I've always wanted ago in one, might even buy one in the future.

I've heard the newer turbo charged ones are the better to go for?

So different than anything else I have owned, but real good fun. As for turbo, I prefer the linear power of the supercharger.

By the way it was great fun on the track day and if I am really honest more suited to that environment than the Z. No cheaper to run on fuel
though 50lt lasted just 100 miles :) :)

Yeah I've heard the newer turbo charged cooper S's are more economical.

What's your minis mods? Has it been tuned?

Its had the following, ecu remap, optimised bypass valve, high temp iridium sparkplugs, 17% reduced supercharger pulley, shorter 'stickier' drive belt, uprated twin bearing idler pulley, 'cold air ram' induction system , Stainless Cat back Miltek system, upgraded brakes running Kevlar pads, modified suspension.
I have recently done the following:- Janspeed sports manifold, Janspeed 200cpi sports cat, GRP motorsport intercooler

And the mods will carry on, mainly now on weight saving and suspension.
