Back ache

I have to confess I have a bloody sore back this evening as I had to fit a water pump in this old girl today. I did it out in the sun because our workshop is so dark and my old eyes need all the light they can get. And, I just got her mobile before the rain started after lunch.

When he collected her tonight he gave me this. A very nice man.

I wonder if it's any good for back ache?

Still sitting on the kitchen window sill to be honest Frankie. I bought 6 bottles of Blossom Hills from JTF on Sunday and they'll probably go way before any other stuff.
