Met up with Paul Rice and 'Navigator' at Torworth Lakes near Bawtry for breakfast on Friday before he led us on his tour round the Lincolnshire Wolds. We passed close by the Humber Bridge before turning south and called at Horncastle Garden Centre for a snack then had a stroll in Horncastle before continuing to our overnight stay at The Inn, Woodhall Spa.
This morning we met with the Eastern Region BMWCC for a pre arranged visit to the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, East Kirkby. There was a huge group of bikers

gathered there today too with many classics;
Velocettes, Ariel sqare 4s etc,etc.

Yes Adrian, reading the accounts of the airmen that were lost which accompany the wreckage of their planes makes the experience very moving.
