All front end but airbag stayed put not sure if thats a good thing or not.....Expensive really even when repaired its all ways a cat c and may not attract a high price but its mileage is good but not sure i class it as a bargain...

Great project but:
  • There is a little offside chassis rail damage that would need to be straightened on a jig. The offside inner wing has a little distortion that would also require some attention in a body shop
  • Air duct plastics if broken/missing are £200 a time in that area
  • You'd be taking a chance the bumper would plastic weld back together and look okay when refinished. You wouldn't want to have to find a replacement one of those
  • It hasn't sold because that price is about as much as it would be worth repaired as a Cat C.
For the right money though it would be great fun to do. And aside from going via a bodyshop for the jig work it would appear to be a very simple repair as long as there's no hidden damage. I'm just finishing the same rebuild on a 2.2. The front panel, bonnet, bumper bar and shock absorbers are the main parts that need replacing. They are common on all Z3s and are easy and cheap to replace.

Think that's a tad expensive. But a good buy a lot cheaper. Looks like some jig effort needed to pull to wings true. With so many parts on the market now that would be a good buy if someone wanted a track toy.

Not at that money. £15000-16000 if mint with those miles but quite heavy damage and a cat c. I think it's way over priced.

It looks like it's £3k too expensive. I'd like to see it without the bent bits. If the bonnet, wings and grill were removed it wouldn't put too many people off. A naked Zed looks very strong and may be it would encourage people to go and view it.

I think your bang on Gary. £6000-7000 sounds about right.

"includes private plate"

but they haven't bothered to tell us what the plate is!

£5k tops as it'll always have cat c attached.

I agree, way over priced, £6000 would be my limit
Well you know what's required Sean being in the job. What's it worth done as a cat c? Generally the value is half to two thirds but with it being what it is and lovely miles it may only hit the value by a quarter. £12000-13000 maybe?

Not sure what money it be be when done as the prices are all over the place on these things, the mileage is a big point of sale but the cat c would really hit hard I recon, looks pretty straight forward to repair though.

sod that...for that kinda money you could pick a good straight one up ..admittedly more milage but not a cat...5k tops and even then only if you could do the work yourself ..otherwise that bill to put it right is going to get bigger and bigger.

Way over priced in my opinion - and I know what mine sold for in way better condition!

Not sure your right on that, I've seen plenty at around 24k with that sort of mileage

My calcs were non Cat'd £15k. Repaired Cat worth 60% so £9k.

So I agree with those saying £5-£6k. I think even £7k is too much.
