After recently reading a thread on a agreed insurance valuation
i decided to contact Munick Legends, I have my car serviced there
I asked the man in sales about valuing my car
1998 S50 Artic silver, Interior Imola red/black, 31k mileage, Immaculate condtion
A few extra's
He said he felt £10k was a reasonable price to cover winter/summer pricing
and sent me confirmation in writing
I was thinking that was the price,
I'm intending to sell it "Yet"

Any opinions on this

With your milage/condition that would be about right if not more Boysie..

I wouldn't part with mine for less than 10k.. Mint condition and very rare spec.

Condition is everything with the M's in relation to value

They do seem expensive, but i suppose you have to allow
for profit, warranty and thing to do to sell to sell the car.
My brother sold his Z4 3ltr quite some time ago via Munich with every extra you could add,
he was not happy with what he got after they took their mark up.
I felt that was his thought he could have easily sold it privately
for 2k+ more than Munich gave him.
There is a lot of people who want the easy life when selling cars, usually part ex
I used to be one,
I have not bought a car for a very very long time
