Great condition a couple of stone chis and minor marks as shown but hardly any rust.
No idea how old they are but the inside suggests recent - very clean. The front (in wheel arch) fixing was missing and masticed on - that’s why it’s got stuff on it.
paint finish is a good job - I assume professionally painted.
