@Grumps A Cool idea if it saves even one life. That said, if drivers didn't get right up the chuff of the truck they'd be able to see. Still pretty cool though

Might have saved my tyre-fitting van from being hit on the M20 a few years ago. Truckers do seem to have a tendency to drive right up each-others ar5es.

Would be interesting though in this country, if there was still an accident would lawyers/insurance companies try to put some some blame on the truck owner? Of course they would, wheres there's blame there's a claim (or they would invent the blame.

The concept is fine until you meet real world conditions. Drivers following will be watching the screen and not what it's showing or the back of the truck it's on. Others will use it to make riskier overtaking moves.
Also a lot of the time you'll be watching the back of a truck showing the back of the truck in front showing the back of the truck in front... you'll simply have no idea what it is your looking at.
Your honour - I was watching the truck in front of the truck in front of me when the truck behind that but in front of me stopped and I ran into the back of a truck that appeared out of nowhere
