I've had a look through pages of posts but can't find any thing taking place this coming weekend - it's the only weekend I've got off until the beginning of September and would like to get out with fellow Zedders if possible. Please post if you know of anything, preferably in the North West. Thanks
 
We are at Motors at the Mine Pleasley Park near Mansfield Sunday from 11

We plan on arriving about 10:30 as the show starts at 11, Theirs a couple of Zeds and six other BMW's (BMWCC)
Its a bit of a gala day along with a car show (Not massive) Also the mining museum and country park
Theirs no entry fee but we have booked in. Contact details on the web site may be worth booking in,

My God, this is terrible sad! How come? This is the best part of the year! All Zedders should have three months off, in the summer!
 
I hope the location is more inspiring than its name implies. ;)
Must have been some transformation since the pits closed.

Just down from me Ian. Exactly as you say, old mining village that went to ruin, ploughing millions in building new housing at the moment

I photograph equestrian events - show jumping and x-country - and unfortunately it's their season (I was supposed to be working this weekend but they decided to use another company). I'm semi-retired having been in the Army for 22 years so might cut down next year so I get to enjoy the Zed.
 
Nice job! Maybe it worth it at the end...;)
Sometimes , some places are less crowded in the week time comparing with weekend!:D So, anything is possible when you do what you like!:)
 
Was certainly as the title said "Motors at the Mine" Cars, Lorries Tractors and Motor bikes a plenty, Not the greatest show area but a change from the normal with plenty of alternative vehicles on display.

I totally agree but any way you can guarantee me three months of summer! I already have the time off just never know when the snow will fly!! JIM
