I've just fitted some 18's to the car. The 17's that come off are stamped BBS / Germany and are in very good condition. Apart from some light kerbing on just one wheel, they are in superb condition. I could keep them to put back on when it comes to selling on, but if I can get good money for them.... It just seems a shame to use them for drifting, so if they are worth selling then maybe I'll do that and buy some cheapies to drift on?

They are staggered 7.5 and 8.5j, with the lip on the 8.5j slightly larger. Nearly new Falken 452 on the rear, Dunlop Sport with 5mm ish on the front.

So should I sell and if so how much could I get for them?

The sport alloys are one of the nicest standard Zed wheels you can get (in my opinion).

I would say they are worth around £200-250 in the condition you have stated. Don't see many sets of these come up for sale, so you may get lucky.

Cheers fella. They do look nice, that's why I'm hesitating doing a DIY satin black spray job on them :-t

I think I might put them in storage, buy a set of 17's for my drift use, then decide afterwards if I need the cash from them or whether I can sit on them for when I come to sell the car again.

Zeds (like most cars) will be easier to sell on if it's been put back to standard.

There are cases when modified Zeds have sold, but it does narrow your potential market. Some have been utter bargains considering the modifcations made to them.
