Drivers who travel at 30 mph between speed bumps, hit the brakes and slow down to 12 mph on approach, climb over the bloody thing and then speed back up to 30mph. And repeat process at next bump and so on down the road. Does my head in . Especially when they are driving 'designer' off-roaders ???
