Sorry to be a pain, but just to clarify. Depress the brake pedal an inch.,Then swap calipers over? Then remove brake press. With the pedal pressed will fluid not spurt out? Or does the cylinder close it off

Thanks Tony. Bleed one caliper only then. I’m gonna clamp the hose and replace caliper. When I release the clamp after fitting the new caliper will it be difficult getting fluid behind the piston? Only got the wife to help so dreading it, I can see brake fluid all over it he shop!
Posted a video yesterday of a ticking noise under the hood. Got a good response, spun bearing, lifter tic, etc. The question I got from one bloke was why was my fan on? Unless the motor was hot. As far as I know the fan always seems to be on even when first started. Am I missing something here?
Yeah going to fill it so I know I have 300 miles. Then set the trip meter and at 150 miles fill it again and see how many litres it takes, I would imagine 25 litres. Then all I will do is repeat every 150 miles until I get it fixed
Hi all. Picture one shows how the seal between the hood and window looks like it needs pulling down. The hood that is. Like it’s lifted too high from the seal
Second picture shows the front join in the seal near the windscreen, this drips in on both sides, but not by much.
